Our Team

Randy Allen
Randy has 35 years of experience as an engineer, attorney and investor. He co-founded Druid Capital Partners in 2015 and CH4 Solutions LLC in 2020, which actively converts greenhouse gas emissions to California carbon credit offsets.
Prior to Druid Capital, Randy co-founded and served as Managing Partner of Lucas Capital Management’s energy-focused private equity funds, LEV I, LEV II and LEV III. He also served Frontier Enterprises, an Alabama-based family office, as an attorney and asset manager focusing on private equity ventures and as General Counsel to River Gas Corporation (acquired by ConocoPhillips).
Randy received his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering (1986) from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado, and a law degree (1990) from the University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder, Colorado.

Martin Holt
Martin has over 25 years of experience as an engineer, manager and investor with independent and major integrated E&Ps, a technology service company and an alternative asset manager — including 14 years as a private equity investor.
He co-founded Druid Capital Partners in 2015 and has co-led full transactional and investment management efforts for its platform investments. Prior to forming Druid Capital, Martin served as Managing Director of Lucas Capital Management, which he co-managed alongside Randy Allen (Investment Committee for all LEV funds).
Martin began his career with River Gas Corporation (acquired by ConocoPhillips), working in both technical and supervisory roles, and later at Object Reservoir, a venture capital-backed technology company. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mineral Engineering (1997) and Master of Business Administration (2002) from the University of Alabama.

Robert Singleton
With over 35 years of executive, operations management, business development and engineering experience in oil and gas exploration, midstream and well-servicing industries, Robert has served in leadership roles for Rangeland Energy and Walter Black Warrior Basin.
His background includes completions engineering, reservoir management, production operations and asset management roles across the energy sector. Robert received a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University and an Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
